A user can submit a request to Tosho Inban to make a correction, addition or deletion to their personal information if their personal information entrusted to Tosho Inban is incorrect.
Upon receiving the request stipulated in the preceding Paragraph, Tosho Inban will make the necessary correction to the said information if it deems that it should respond to the request. Based on the stipulation in the preceding Paragraph, Tosho Inban will promptly inform the user if the correction has been made or if a decision was made to not make the correction.
